Project Management is an integral part of a real estate development project and we ensure that it is done as per the best process in the industry. We can manage each phase of your project right from conceptualization to handover. We have broken down our project management principles to the following phases.

1) Project Initiation: We begin with conceptualization and then decide a theme of your project. At this stage we visualize your project at a high level. Design Management is a key activity in this phase. The output of this phase is an approved plan

2) Project Planning : We make a detailed project plan with realistic timeline. We are aware that there would be some unavoidable delay in getting approval or procuring raw materials etc. We factor these points in our plan. Cost Planning is an important activity in this phase

3) Execution and Management: Planning can be done with experience and estimates but the real challenge in executing the project and ensure a constant flow of money, raw material and man hours. This phase can be broken down into various tasks like Contract Management, Schedule Management, and Procurement Management etc. The site manager takes care of monitoring activities and takes corrective action whenever there is a delay.

4) Project closure and Handover:  We handover the property to the owner after completing the entire regulatory requirement. For example, we will ensure that the property is ready to move in before handover. We get all the required certificates like Occupancy Certificate etc.
